Our Tadpoles!
------
Preston has adapted well to pool, once again! He thoroughly loves swimming and commonly it is the first thing he asks for when he wakes and the last thing he talks about before bed....I honestly do not know what we are going to do when summer is over...the poor little man may go through withdrawal or something....In addition to becoming obsessed with swimming...he is also now in love with NEMO....yes NEMO....I think Mommy now knows every word to this movie....It has officially become his second favorite flick (behind Elmo in Grouchland)....good thing Mommy enjoys the movie as well....
--------
Our other "Tadpole" is making his presence known quite often at night making it nearly impossible for Mommy to be comfortable or to sleep...It usually starts around 6pm and is on a steady decline for the rest of the night...I swear he is way more active than Preston ever was or perhaps it is because he loves to dance on my bladder --I honestly think he may fall through one of these days...My Doctor assures me this is not possible... We have an appointment tomorrow with our Dr and are now going every two weeks...I CANNOT believe we are already at 30 weeks....too much to do and too little time!! I will update more on Sprout after our appointment and hopeful get a new "Bump Watch" shot up...sorry --I truly do avoid the camera when Preggers!

On to some fun water picks......

We went to a local water park with our friend Ella and her Mommy Shanna---It was an awesome time--wish the sun was out a little more but nevertheless the kids had a great time...Preston especially liked the small slide....
and proclaims over and over now that "water park fun" We can't wait to go again and actually are hoping to make a new water park this Tuesday with some more friends....
Preston also has learned that he can crawl around on just his hands in the shallow area and loves to put his mouth under water...Unfortunately we are still working on "NOT" drinking the water but he is not gagging so I guess he is just swallowing it at this time and nothing to worry about too much according to a pediatrician neighbor...
Preston's other favorite activities include:
+putting on a life vest and attempting to float in the deep water
+jumping off the side of the pool into our arms
+attempting to swim by kicking his feet and moving his arms
+attempting to plug his nose and putting his face under water
+attempting to blow bubbles
Notice--I did say attempting...He succeeds once in awhile but still loves to try...

Sharing a snack with a good friend...
Here are the cutie's getting to jump in their ride!
Pretty "spiffy" train, eh???
The boy's conserving energy before the big trek around the neighborhood....Our parade is growing every year...I think there were about 50-60 kids that participated this year...and they all seem to really enjoy decking out their bikes, wagons, strollers, themselves...whatever!
After the hot ride in the parade, we decided it was best to cool off at the pool prior to nap...It was very refreshing and Daddy and Mr P were able to show off their matching tatoo's (which Preston hated by the way..)
After swimming and a long family nap (gosh I LOVE those!) we headed up for a BBQ party at our neighbors....which was also amazing!!! Unfortunately, Preston's teeth were bothering him and he was a little upset for awhile...until the med's kicked in and then he was fine again...thank goodness because Preston really liked the fireworks and it would have been a shame for him to have to miss them all bc of the silly teeth....
Great Uncle Larry and Preston enjoying Breakfast at the breakfast nook...with Nana in the background...
Nana and Preston
Preston assisting in the building of his big boy bed.....
Checking out his cousin's baseball game---an unrealized love for the P man...
Attending his first Birthday Party outside of someone's home...
The one and only time Mommy has given Preston the milk and the cereal together for breakfast....he actually did suprising well and am unsure why I am still being lazy and not providing him this luxury more often...
